Hello!
Puchi began as a personal escape—after burning out from daily work, I found healing in the playful, grounding process of working with clay. Ceramics reminded me how creativity can restore joy, and I started making pieces that carry that same spirit of lightness and wonder.
The name “Puchi” (pronounced Poo-chee) means “small and adorable” in Japanese. It reflects my love for ceramics that feel like children’s drawings come to life—colorful, a little wobbly, and endlessly playful. Instead of polished perfection, I embrace clumsy lines, bold colors, and cheeky little characters that turn everyday objects into joyful companions, sparking smiles and keeping your inner child close.
Alongside my handmade work, I also curate a small collection of ceramics by international artists—sharing even more joyful pieces while supporting fellow creators I admire.

🎨 Cyndi - Creator
Once a burnt-out desk worker, now a full-time ceramic dreamer (well, part-time—but full-hearted). Cyndi is the hands behind every Puchi piece, fueled by colorful underglaze, too many snack breaks, and the thrill of opening a glaze kiln like it’s a treasure chest. She believes in the joy of small things—and big mugs.

💪 Yuki — Head of heavy lifting & occasional photographer
Also known as Cyndi's partner. From hauling market displays to lifting boxes that are somehow always heavier than expected, she handles the grunt work with grace (and the occasional eye-roll). She also sometimes steps in as Puchi’s product photographer, helping capture just the right angles — while reminding Cyndi that yes, the photo looks great already. True MVP energy.

🐶 Doudou — Head of wellness & walk breaks
Emotional support manager and professional tail-wagger. Doudou ensures work-life balance by insisting on walks, snuggles, and fresh air. She specializes in stress reduction, zoomies, and being the goodest girl.

🐱 Nimi — Chief Muse Officer (aka.CMO)
Small. Fluffy. Judgy. Nimi provides daily inspiration through her effortless elegance, impeccable napping form, and occasional “supervision” from the working desk. Every cute idea probably started with a glance from her.
